About Martie

I have always loved to draw and as a child I used to do a lot of sketching, but for years I did not use my God-given talent.
A few years ago, my sister Esmé (who had started painting), gave me some paint, brushes and a pallet for Christmas. I had a broken arm at the time but she insisted that I start painting as soon as I could as she knew that I was talented.
That was the start of such an exciting time in my life and at times I was totally surprised that I could actually do this and people liked (and even bought) my paintings.
I thank God for this wonderful talent which He has blessed me with.
I work full-time so I don’t spend as much time painting as I would like to, but this is still the best way to relieve stress and just enjoy myself.
