I studied Art for Matric under Artist: Sam Butler. Apart from this period at school, I am self taught. During my working years as a Clothing Manufacturer, I had little time to enjoy my art. Since retiring, I have taken to painting so much, to the extent that I run out of scenes to paint. I work from photographs and enjoy portraits, people in interesting settings, children, animals and old buildings on farms and in towns.
