About "Innocence"

This painting was the last one I did in matric, my final year in high school. I've always loved looking at her, but now it's time she found a new home. The green and purple frame complements the colours of the painting. It does have glass over it.

About Adele

Adel[0xC3A9] (Smalberger) Coetzee has been a self-employed artist since June 2000 and works from home. She enjoys working in different mediums.

She started off with acrylic paintings on cardboard and are now doing more oil paintings (on canvas), illustrating books, UV reactive paintings, paper-mache piggy banks, murals and fabric paintings too. Adel[0xC3A9] welcomes commissions for any idea in mind.

"I feel that God has blessed me with the ability to create and it's my intention to beautify people's surroundings and therefore enhance their spirits through this gift.

I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and am proud to be living here. I married my life partner of 14 years, Colin Coetzee, in November 2006."
