About "Mama Mia"
This Italian lady was sitting at a table near the vatican. With much hand gestures, she understood that I wanted to take a photograph of her, hence the pose!
I am inspired by colour, form and composition. My hobby in photography gives me a lot of references to work from. I love flowers, landscapes and interacting with people. I am greatly influenced by the impressionists, especially Cezanne and Sisley. Each painting becomes a spiritual journey of discovery and learning. Each painting draws me closer to my Creator God, who is also my creative partner. I draw inspiration and perseverence from Him. It is my hope that each painting I complete, will be a blessing to others.
