Lorraine Smit

Lorraine is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Works take the form of three dimensional murals, clay cones, decorative bowls, sculptures and decorative plates. These works are often combined with steel, wood or both.
Favourite subjects include the human face & body, Arum lillies, gecko's and Ivy.
Murals with the faces of the big five done on request.
I use very little glazing in order not to lose the natural characteristics of the clay.
