I just loved the way this little thing was lying in the grass, seemingly safe from harm in its cosy little bundle surrounded by predators.

Grant Oliver is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Having a passion for wild life is a huge driving force in my creations. My work shows the beauty within each animal I chose as a subject. I believe that every animal, much the same as humans, has its own unique personality and I illustrate this by focusing on their expressions for the most part these lie only in the eyes.

After many years in the Advertising industry I find peace in the work I produce and endeavor to impart at least some of this to the viewer and hope that they will be as inspired by the subject as I have been.
