About Patsy

Patsy is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Have been drawing since I could first hold a pencil and have worked at various jobs. In an Advertising Agency, as a Dispay Artist, a Window Dresser, as a Neon Sign Designer, a Theatrical Set Designer and builder, and as a Costume Designer.

Also ran a Silk Screen Studio in Johannesburg.

Worked in Mosaics for about 6 years.

Am now a retired Homoeopath and Acupuncturist. Practised from 1969 until the present day.

I am married and have 4 adult children and one beautiful Granddaughter.

These days I concentrate on Fabric Painting, Water Colours, Pastels, Oils and Acrylics.

Love doing 'People Pictures' from the quick sketches I've done over the years,

Have also made Miniature Indigenous and Olde English Houses in Earthenware Pottery.
