About Karen

With a background in fashion design and couture styling, interior decorating in collaboration with architect's offices, teaching fabric painting at her own craft school and later Design at a private High school, Karen takes careful steps with the selection of familiar subject choices and pays acute attention to detail.
The change from pigment to oils has allowed her to integrate the use of colour, creating more subtle and delicate images reflecting ease with her environment and love of nature through painting.
