About Susan

Susan is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Born in the Nylstroom, where nature embraces the lovely Waterberg district, I started my journey into art as a young girl. This beautiful and peaceful town surrounded by hot mineral springs and nature reserves was the ideal location for any artist to grow up. I feel blessed to be talented in a broad spectrum of art and I am thankful to God for this special talent. I feel that I can craft anything I put my heart to, such as on-scale model building, fine arts, graphics, ceramics, photography, sewing, lino printing, sketching and baking. I have a passion for the drawing of children and family portraits on order.
I am studying full time, ‘Fine and Applied arts’, at the moment, improving my skills and making sure I have fresh and new ideas all the time.
My husband and children inspire and support me with the utmost love and acceptance.
I am eagerly learning more techniques from other artists and I am excited to venture on a bigger, better and more adventurous journey in art. My aim is to keep the viewer, you, in awe of what art is all about.
