About Jackie

Jackie is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

After completing High School back in 1996, I took on a career in accounting, which I did for several years. I though that this was my destiny, as I got a lot of praise for my work.
A couple of years ago, I realised that this is not who I am. From an early age, I started drawing pictures and loved old photos. I started taking photos everywhere I went and with every click of my camera my pictures got better.
I'm currently doing Wedding Photography and Art.

Art to me is the ability to look beyond the surface and see something truly unique and beautifull.  I absolutely love painting and photography, for this is my way to express myself. When adding finishing touches to any of my work, I just embrace the moment by sitting back and saying to myself "Wow".  I take a lot of pride in my work and I'm always willing to take on any new challenges life throws at me."BEGINNING TODAY I WILL OPEN MY MIND AND MY HEART. I WILL WELCOME NEW EXPERIENCES. I WILL MEET NEW PEOPLE. I WILL NOT EXPECT PERFECTION FROM MYSELF NOR ANYONE ELSE: PERFECTION DOES NOT EXIST IN AN IMPERFECT WORLD.
