"I had an interest in art since a young age. As a schoolboy I had art classes from Ms Delia Rovatti and later from Otto Klar. The beauty around us makes me want to capture it in a painting. I have a rather eclectic range of subjects ranging from mainly landscapes to flowers, buildings, animals and birds, cars and motorcycles. I was invited to take part in the 2011 Florence Biennale but cannot take part due to a lack of money."

Used to take part in the art market at Magnolia Dell in Pretoria until 2006. Took part in group exhibitions of the Art Associations of Ermelo and Pretoria. Have paintings in various galleries.On the permanent exhibition of the Ermelo Art Society gallery.
