About Joanne

Joanne E Pohl

Joanne is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Living in London since 2006, she enjoys a variety of artistic media, but focuses her attention on abstract painting and illustration.

She has illustrated An Elephant Bloodline, a semi-fictional book about a family of elephants in the Kruger National Park, as well as provided artwork for various other projects.

Her abstract work aims to embody life experiences, familiar to most people, as well as those close to her own life.
