About Annemarie

Studied HED Domestic Science at Potchefstroom University during which time she was introduced to the arts. Started painting in 1995 took art lessons over a period of 4 years from various artists in Mpumalanga namely : Melite Grobler, Belinda Wessels, Carel Maree and Boe v Zyl. Prefers working in oil as a medium.Views work as realistic, romantic and at times impressionistic and has a passion for romantic scenes with figures, flowers and fruit

Exhibitions

Took part in several successful solo and group exhibitions in Mpumalanga (Bethal and Secunda) .At present Bellini Gallery in Hermanus has the biggest collection of my work. Kanonkop wine estate exhibit some of my works at their gallery.Gallery 91 in Somerset West also exhibit some of my work.
