About Shirly

My love, passion and feelings has a huge impact on my paintings. I never plan my design, I choose my colours and paint from "within". I absolutely love it, it's so exciting. I'm also a hip-hop dance instructor and choreographer and I believe that this also has an impact on my style as an artist.
As a dance teacher my aim was to share my passion and love for dance and music with my dancers, to teach them to feel the love and enjoyment of dance from within. I feel the same about my paintings I create, I want to share with you my joy and passion I feel when I create abstract paintings.
Life is a challenge for all of us, I'm grateful to express myself in art. It makes me happy.
