About "Moored"

Reference photo by Frederick Biscombe. My father had a boat on the Berg River, and a house on Bokkomlaan in Velddrif, on the West Coast of South Africa. We spent many happy times travelling down the river when he was still alive.

About Susan Traut

I love anything related to nature; something that is quiet, harmonious and beautiful. Sometimes I need to break out of the mould, though, and I create a piece that is thought-provoking. I prefer not to explain the thought, as I feel that each person should make up his own mind. If it makes people think, that is good enough for me.
