About "Sally"

This is a photograph of an oil painting I did (the girl and coloured background). I gave her a face and then painted over it, as I preferred her without a face. I then created a few digital overlays to create the scratchy feel. I added the tree and the cow (also a photograph of a charcoal sketch) and some handwriting in a juxtaposition that felt right.

The original image can be printed in large format.
