About Isabel

Isabel Alfarrobinha was born in Germiston, South Africa. She spent her childhood in Johannesburg and the colors of Africa have always been with her since then.
Living in Portugal, she puts in her artwork the spirit of Africa. Her inspiration comes from nature and anything that touches her feelings. The sea, countryside, cities, old houses, florals, etc.
All that is different in forms, textures, and colors.
Isabel also teaches Painting in her private atelier. She takes place in workshops and enjoys plain-air painting.
She is mentioned in the 11th International Modern Art Catalog, published in Italy
Segue represents Portugal in the WOMEN ARTISTS AROUND THE WORLD Published at an Art exhibition in Dubai.
