About Aná
Aná is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa. I divide my life between a menial office job and playing referee to my two young children with a penchant for mischief. Occasionally, there are moments in my frantically mundane life I want to "bottle" - a glimpse of an irresistible innocence of a child; an expression joy, that will not be crushed by anything in world; a scenery, breathtakingly powerful in its fragile beauty... Some others, which I will one day attempt to represent. Much of the inspiration comes from my children, their actions and expressions, and the overwhelming love I feel for them - so the repository of potential “moments to bottle” is quite large... For the time being, I have tried to convey the emotion that such moments evoked, and so each of these pieces holds a small, happy slice of my soul. I hope you can see it.
