Lydia is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Life, Love, Colours and all that is Beautiful in the world inspires me. This comes in the form of fantasies, landscapes, animals, people and abstracts. Believe I inherited the talent from my Mother who is very artistic but never received any formal education in this area. Am working full time but spend about every spare moment life gives me living my talent - loosing myself in oil, acrylics, wax art or mixed mediums. An then, there is so much more life still can offer me, so much more I want to do...

Exhibitions

I am currently busy with two WAX ON CANVAS paintings as a donation to the War Museum in Bloemfontein regarding the Anglo-Boer War 1989-1901. It is a great challenge and the works will be available to view in the museum from July 2013!
