About Arthur

Arthur is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

I am an extremely passionate wildlife artist with a keen focus to portray wildlife in a manner that is realistic whilst at the same time not diluting it's artistic value. My preference is acrylics and chalk pastel which allow flexibility whilst retaining a vibrancy that is difficult to gain from other mediums. My work is intended to celebrate and promote Africa's wildlife and it's environment in a way that is appreciated by the discerning art lover or investor who is also appreciative of our environment and it's conservation. My art style varies from total realism to a more avant garde influence combining realism with abstract elements.
