Reference Wildlife About "Tender Moment" Visiting our Parks within South Africa regularly and seeing these animals up and close, they are so graceful, I just love Zebras in general and this is such an awesome animal. This painting was a photograph I took, I just had to put it to canvas. |

I was born in Jhb, went to a Childrenshome in the Free State where I finished school, I moved to Natal and now retired in the Western Cape, I started painting 3 years ago and today I am a full time artist, I often visit National Parks where photography is my other passion and combine it into my art, I recently exhibited my works and sold 3 paintings from it. I truly enjoy working in oil medium and still attend art workshops with a well known artist in the Westcoast as I believe that one can never know enough and enjoy challenging myself with new techniques. I believe that success is in your feet, you have to walk until you find it. I am fortunate that I am able to be a full time artist and spend my days painting to my hearts desire, this is why one can see the emotions in my work, as my spirit goes into my artwork.
