About Adele

Adele (Smalberger) Coetzee was a self-employed artist from June 2000 until July 2011. She enjoys working in different mediums.

She started off with acrylic paintings on cardboard and expanded into doing more oil paintings (on canvas), illustrating books, UV reactive paintings, paper-mache piggy banks, murals and fabric paintings, as well as mosaics and embroidery. She's currently working on a new website and creating content for a future YouTube channel. Even though she's not currently taking orders, sharing the creative process will be happening again in the not too distant future.

"I feel that God has blessed me with the ability to create and it's my intention to beautify people's surroundings and therefore enhance their spirits through this gift.

I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and am proud to be living here. I married my life partner of 14 years, Colin Coetzee, in November 2006."
