My Art
I just love Dali. I sign my artworks ILAD
I don’t conform to anything.
presently developing , what I call “ line art “.
I enjoy the “ expressiveness “ of water colours.
water colours should not be all dull and dappled.
I want my viewer to be drawn in by an explosion of colour,
the mind to recognize and rebuild the subject.
at times I need to make myself and the viewer uncomfortable.
I try and avoid subjects such as environment, poverty and crime - but often fail.
When I find myself doing line drawings in my mind,
of someone I am talking to,
or something I am just looking at,
I take out my oils or acrylics just to clear my mind.
I hope you, my viewer, enjoy my artwork.
