About "Tortoise Berry Blossom"

Story behind the artwork: Spotted on another outing to Vermaaklikheid, on the limestone-like riverbank of the Duivenhoks river close to Puntjie. Masses of minute blossoms were just starting to make berries, red when ripe and apparently loved by birds and tortoises.... edible and with several medicinal properties for man as well.
