Have always been inspired by Gandhi, and during a recent visit to India, spent a long time in the Gandhi Museum in Mumbai which made me realise even more what an incredible man he was.

About Jeannette

"Art Washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life." A quote by Picasso which I love. I love animals and nature and although I have had no formal training, I spent many years with one of Durban's best teachers Gail Baxter and belong to the North Coast Art Group. I paint because I want to convey to the viewer the miracle of nature. Art is my passion. I have become known as the "Meercat Artist" in our area as I love their feisty characters.
