About Jonel

I do not talk a lot, instead I paint. My paintings are my words and feelings. In a painting feelings are not static - they move. The viewer must feel something when they look at my work. Then I know it's magic.
Life inspires me. Things happen and you feed from that. You can not lie on a canvas. If you do - the whole world will see it. Therefore to be totally honest about who you are, must be one of the most essential qualities of an artist. No pretence can survive on a canvas.
