About "Klipspringer Hideaway"
One does not only visit the Kruger Park to see the Big Five. This is a typical haunt of the Klipspringer buck, a very shy animal. The rocky outcrops are a work of art in themselves.
I have no previous painting experience and only became involved with this wonderful world after retirement. I was fortunate enough to meet Estelle Hartley and to be taught by her for 6 years. Colour has always been my passion. I have had several successful exhibitions locally and have been a member of several Art Associations through the years and have served on several art committes . I have attended many workshops including those of Rose Eden and Don Andrews from the USA and Hazel Soan from Britain, locally workshops by Greg Kerr, Louis Audie, Deric van Rensburg, Bob MacKenzie and several others.
Norscot Manor, Johannesburg. Innibos, Nelspruit and many local exhibitions in the Lowveld area. CasterBridge,Botanic Gardens,Orchid Festival, Hall's Gateway. Private collections in Australia, England, Scotland, Canada, Germany, Bahrain,Holland and in many towns and cities in South Africa
