About "Lady Mystique"

I made a similar painting for a client with very good public feedback.
It fascinated me how small changes in the eye and facial expressions or the lack there off can influence the entire mood of the painting.
The eyes are truly the windows to the soul.
You can make the assumption that the woman is beautiful even though we can't see her face...letting the imagination loose on the painting and drawing the viewer within.
