Secrets of the Ocean is an artwork that originates from the Sea shore of Manaba beach . The driftwood spewed out on the rocks reminds me of the brutality of the ocean. So brutal and at the same time so addictive and hypnotizing.

Julene Stanz is from Alberton, Gauteng S.A. She is a full time mom, granny, accountant and part time artist. She started painting in 2009 when she joined a group of ladies taking art lessons from the talented Johan van Graan. She believes art is more than an expression of someone's perception in a moment of time. It's more than a snapshot of emotions captured in colour. It is the combination of it all, that places everything in perspective and talks to the soul.
