About Brenda

Brenda is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Born: 27 September 1965. I live in a quiet suburb south of Durban in sunny South Africa with my boyfriend, one of our six children and collection of pets, including 27 snakes, 4 dogs, 1 cat, a scorpion, baboon spider and a tortoise. I have had a passion for drawing since childhood, but only started selling my work in 2000. I have done a lot of commissions privately and for businesses. I work mostly from photographs and while I do a lot of wildlife and portraits, I also do commissions for abstracts, nudes, tatoo designs or whatever commission the client wishes to discuss. My work has traveled as far as Scotland, England, America, Austria, Germany and Belgium with prospects in the Virgin Islands.
