Sue Maas

Sue is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.

Raised on a farm in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe, I have spent most of my life in the bushveld. My heart belongs to Africa with its vibrant colours and wonderful vistas.My happiest memories are the years spent in the safari and farming world where the land turns from the wonderful earthy colours of the kiln and burst into a new life after the first rains, adorning the trees and plants like a million sparkling jewels. A palette too vast to be captured on a single canvas. This is what enspires me as an artist and I try to capture on my canvas a tiny part of the glorious creation we have been so priviledged to be a part of.
