About "Glimmer of Hope"

The photo of this painting doesnt do it justice. The brilliant blue tones and texture are vastly more exotic to the naked eye. This piece I explored a different approach in that I tried to capture emotions. My shear love of the beach, ocean, blue waters and yellow sand with salty air breeze. Only for when one hits their lows in life, the sadness covers and takes over like ink that runs. Yet there is still hope, faith that glimmers within my soul.

About Lindsey

For me, artwork in any form or medium must create emotion for the viewer. It must be able to take the viewer out of their environment and into a world of creation and imagination that inspires the viewer. I love to bring awareness to the beauty and and shear awe of the magnificent and fragile wildlife, we can learn so many values from them. I depict wildlife in a way to evoke an awakening and urgency to their plight which the human race has caused. They have a spirit which needs to be preserved and appreciated with respect.
I have a deep passion for fauna and flora as well for colour, design and creativity. Creating a vision in any medium with my own two hands, I absolutely love!

I had a deep love, even obsession, with art from a little girl and her collection of Koki's, which led me to creating my cartoon characters in my primary school to obtaining a Diploma in Graphic Design. I went on to do illustrations of children books and I self taught myself 3D Max with Vray to do 3D visual renderings. Yet I always came back to my paintings. I'm a complete animal nut (can see in my profile pic I'm with my beloved boxer who is now a fur-angel) which means yes, horse crazy too - glad that's out in the open, lol.

I love painting subject matter that makes you stop, pause, breathe in the simple pleasures in life. As well as
Divine Creations and that my paintings bring joy to the walls of your surroundings.
I pray that whoever views my work here, they grow in appreciation, love and that my paintings captivate their senses, their soul, and that brings me heart felt joy, as my work has done this in my previous clients lives.
