About "Landscape 01"

The Karoo, the windmills and the colours at dusk and dawn was what inspired me to do this. I absorbed it all through my senses. Being there out on the open road in the middle of nowhere gives a sense of freedom.
Besides the few people who you see when you enter the major towns, there is only land (which one can barely believe sustains life) great expanses of nothingness for miles and miles.
These words describe what it was like for me: survival, intrigue, back to core and roots, reconnecting, wildness, rugged landscape, baron, still, calm, silence, rural, alone, Africa in one of its purest forms.

Expression.
