I make use of a mixed media layered effect to convey my experiences and adventures throughout life.
My Inspiration derives from passion, curiosity, and my heart's calling. My surroundings also inspire a lot of my art. By traveling and hiking, I take in nature's forms and shapes. By being quiet and observing, I see new kinds of beauty.
When I am in the middle of my creative process - in my world, in my reality - I enjoy a sense of complete freedom and self-discovery. I'm finding my own voice and creating my own path, always pushing the boundaries of where I'm most comfortable. But, my art also represents the different paths each of us has to take in life. Our own struggles and experiences are the first step to growing, becoming better, finding our worth. My art holds up a mirror to that journey. It also celebrates nature and travel, which is a special passion of mine.
