About Caroline

As an African born and bred I am inspired by the colours, the people and the magnificent landsscapes of our wonderful continent. Born and educated in Southern Rhodesia. I made my new home in South Africa in 1984. I have been been painting for many years but dedicated most of my time to raising my family. As A self taught artist I do not adhere to any specific genre, my art has always been inspired by the people the events and moods that surround me. My work is characterised by bold textures and a love for colour.
