oil and enamel on canvas Tay Dall is well known in the local art world. In her own words: “I paint for the purest pleasure of creation, for the free flow of subconscious thought, for the need to escape the confines of law and order.” This work is just such an example. Its not about politics or deeper meaning or a reflection of the social order of things, it an unashamed trip into colour and form which is rich in texture and colour. Like a group of M’nM’s, the dots delight and this work will brighten the gloomiest of offices. A few grouped together would look great.
